Q1: After placing my order, my confirmation email was never sent.
Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. If there’s still no confirmation email, please email our support team at [email protected].
Q2: How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once you have placed an order, there is a 6-hour time frame where the wrong information inputted can be corrected and the order can be canceled. If the 6 hour time period has passed since purchasing, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations once the shipping process begins.
Q3: What if I don't want the product anymore?
We are unable to offer refunds for items that are not wanted anymore. Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective.
Q4: What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged product?
Please contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Q1: How long will it take to receive my item?
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. Since our company has a warehouse in Slovenia, the delivery time after shipment is between 2 and 5 business days. We assure you that we are doing everything in our power to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!
Q2: Tracking says it's been delivered but I haven't received anything?
We’re sorry, but we are not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information but are not received by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Q3: How long will It take to receive a refund?
Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective. We will notify you once we’ve received a receipt and picture or video proof of the defective product and inspected your refunded item though email, in order to continue with the refund process.

Q2: What is the difference between Goal Booster™, Goal Power™ and Goal Recovery™?
Goal Booster™ is intended for use before activity and supports energy, focus and readiness.
Goal Power™ is intended for use during activity and supports hydration and electrolyte intake.
Goal Recovery™ is intended for use after activity and supports recovery with proteins, carbohydrates, electrolytes and vitamins.
Q3: Can I use the products together?
Yes, the products are designed to work together as a complete routine before, during and after activity.
You can use Goal Booster™ before training or a match, Goal Power™ during activity, and Goal Recovery™ afterwards.
Q4: Do the products contain caffeine?
Goal Booster™ contains caffeine. Goal Power™ and Goal Recovery™ are not designed as caffeinated products.
If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend caution when using Goal Booster™ and avoiding combining it with other strong sources of caffeine.
Q5: Are the products suitable for younger athletes?
Goal Power™ and Goal Recovery™ are generally more suitable for active teenagers and adult athletes. They are not intended for young children.
Due to its high caffeine content, Goal Booster™ is not recommended for children and is primarily intended for adults. For underage athletes, we recommend use only after consultation with parents or a coach.
Q6: Do the products contain allergens?
Some products contain milk ingredients, and all products are manufactured in a facility that also handles gluten, milk, eggs and nuts.

No. The products are not intended as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
They are designed as a supplement to an active sports routine and should be used according to the instructions on the packaging.

Our products are formulated without ingredients from the WADA prohibited substances list.
However, this does not automatically guarantee compliance with anti-doping controls, so competitive athletes should verify their individual situation and the rules of their federation or competition.
Q9: How should I store the products properly?
Store the products tightly sealed between 5–30 °C, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Do not store the products for more than 6 months after opening. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging of each product.
