These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations between the seller and the customer when using the AP Football Nutrition online store.

2. Validity of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers of the online store. By using the website and/or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For each order, the terms published on the website at the time the order is placed shall apply.
3. Types of Products and Services
The online store may include the following types of offers:
- physical products,
- digital products,
- personal nutrition coaching services.
Customer rights, especially regarding delivery, withdrawal from the contract and returns, may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.
4. Product and Service Information
The seller aims to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, photos, ingredients, instructions for use, warnings, prices and other information. However, minor deviations, typographical errors or changes to manufacturer packaging may occur.
Product images are symbolic and may not always represent all product features exactly. The information displayed next to the product at the time of placing the order is binding for the customer.
5. Food Supplements and Specialised Nutrition Products
Part of the offer may include food supplements, sports drinks, protein products, hydration products, recovery products or other related sports nutrition categories. These products are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Before use, the customer is required to read the instructions, recommended use, ingredients, allergens and warnings stated on the product packaging and/or product page. Recommended daily amounts must not be exceeded. Products must be kept out of reach of children.
Products containing caffeine or other active ingredients are subject to additional warnings stated on the label of each product. Such products may not be suitable for children, pregnant women, breastfeeding women or other sensitive groups.
If the customer is unsure about the use of a product, its ingredients or suitability for them, they should consult a doctor or another qualified professional before use.
6. Personal Nutrition Coaching
Personal nutrition coaching is a service whose content, duration, method of delivery and scope are defined in the description of the individual offer or by individual agreement between the seller and the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the seller. Recommendations, guidelines, plans and other materials prepared as part of the service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
The seller reserves the right to postpone or adapt the delivery of the service in the event of objective circumstances, illness, force majeure or other unforeseen reasons. The customer will be informed of any changes within a reasonable time.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are electronic content such as e-books, guides, recipes, programmes, documents, PDF materials or similar products delivered electronically to the customer.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees that the delivery of digital content begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and confirms that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once delivery of the digital content has begun.
Digital products may not be copied, distributed, publicly published, shared with third parties, resold or otherwise commercially used without the seller’s prior written consent.
8. Order Process
The customer places an order through the online store by selecting products or services, entering the required information and completing the checkout process. Before placing the order, the customer can review selected products, price, quantity and entered information and correct them if necessary.
After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. The purchase contract between the seller and the customer is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to reject or limit an order in case of obvious errors, unavailability, suspected abuse, incorrect customer information or other justified reasons.
9. Prices
All prices listed in the online store are shown in euros (EUR). As the seller is not VAT registered, prices do not include VAT.
Prices apply at the time the order is placed. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Discounts, promotional codes and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Payment Methods
The seller offers the payment methods displayed in the online store at checkout. Supported payment methods may include credit or debit cards, PayPal and other methods if displayed in the online store.
The seller is not responsible for any fees charged to the customer by banks, payment service providers or other payment intermediaries.
11. Delivery of Physical Products

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are aware of and agree with the delivery terms. If the seller is unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
12. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically, usually to the customer’s email address or via a download/access link. The customer is responsible for entering a correct and working email address when placing the order.

13. Provision of Services
Personal nutrition coaching services are provided according to the schedule, programme or agreement stated in the offer or individually agreed with the customer. If the customer expressly agrees that the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract after full performance of the service, or proportionally for the part of the service already performed.
14. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing physical products, the consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the product that they withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Withdrawal from the contract must be communicated by email to [email protected]. The customer must then return the product to the seller no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless explicitly stated otherwise or unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrectly sent product.
The returned product must be unused or used only to the extent strictly necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, and returned in suitable packaging. If the value of the product is reduced due to the customer’s handling, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value.
15. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in cases provided by applicable law, especially for:
- digital content if its delivery has begun based on the consumer’s prior express consent and confirmation that the right of withdrawal is lost,
- services that have been fully performed if performance began based on the consumer’s express consent and confirmation that the right of withdrawal is lost after full performance of the service,
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the customer has opened the seal or packaging after delivery, where this constitutes an exception under applicable law.
16. Refunds
If the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract, the seller will refund received payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.
17. Complaints and Product Non-Conformity
In the case of a damaged, incorrectly delivered or otherwise unsuitable product, the customer may submit a complaint by email to [email protected]. The message should include a description of the issue, the order number and, where possible, photos.
The seller will review the complaint within a reasonable time and provide further instructions to the customer. Customer rights regarding product non-conformity and other statutory guarantees are assessed under the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
18. Customer Information
The customer is required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order. If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, the seller is not responsible for delivery delays, unsuccessful service delivery, incorrect invoice issuance or other consequences arising from incorrect information.
19. Intellectual Property
All content of the online store, including texts, photos, graphics, logos, descriptions, programmes, documents, e-books, recipes, plans and other materials, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without the seller’s prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
The seller aims to ensure uninterrupted operation of the online store but does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions, errors or technical issues.
The seller is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of products, failure to follow instructions, warnings or health restrictions of the user, nor for damage caused by third parties, force majeure or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Information on the website, in product descriptions, e-books, programmes and coaching materials does not constitute medical, health or therapeutic treatment.
21. Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection is regulated by the separate Privacy Policy published on the website. By using the online store, the customer confirms that they are also familiar with the Privacy Policy.
22. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The seller aims to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
In accordance with applicable law, the seller does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve consumer disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
23. Applicable Law
For all matters not specifically regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and European Union law applicable to consumer protection and online business shall apply.
